Florida Georgia Line is back with a new single, “Smooth,” and a Las Vegas themed music video to go along with.

The song, written by Tyler Hubbard, Brian Kelley, Nicolle Galyon and Jordan Schmidt, is the fourth single from the duo’s Dig Your Roots album. The humorous video marks Kelley’s directorial debut alongside TK McKamy.

“I’m really excited about this ‘Smooth’ video; it’s my first time co-directing,” shared Kelley on set. “It’s been really cool to write the treatment and see this thing slowly come to life.”

The music video begins with Kelley and Hubbard broken down on the side of the road on the way to their very first trip to Vegas. “Cat Daddy,” portrayed by award-winning songwriter Craig Wiseman, first comes along in his pink Cadillac to pick up “Elvis,” and then stumbles upon Kelley and Hubbard and saves the day.

The duo accompanies “Cat Daddy” to his Las Vegas wedding to KK, Wiseman’s wife of 23 years, which actually reflects the real-life vow renewal between the two.

“KK and Craig actually just renewed their vows,” Hubbard shared. “Cat Daddy surprised her with an awesome custom-made diamond ring. It’s a really special moment here on set, so it was really cool to experience that.”

“We’ve learned a lot of dance moves, had a great time – TK and BK, they crushed it. It’s been an amazing experience here in Vegas. It’s been a party,” Hubbard added.

Florida Georgia Line will be joined by pop idols Backstreet Boys for an episode of CMT Crossroads, airing Wednesday, August 30 at 10 p.m. ET on CMT.  The duo is also out on the Smooth tour with Ryan Hurd, Chris Lane and Nelly.
