Frankie Ballard Spills All the Details on His Special Wedding Day

Frankie Ballard now has someone to ‘Accomp’ny’ him for the rest of his life, and he can’t keep quiet about the special day that changed their lives.

The country singer exchanged vows with his lucky lady, Christina Murphy, in a gorgeous white Texas venue on March 12. While the surprise wedding announcement shocked fans as Ballard shared a cute post on the big day, he and his new bride could not be more thrilled to begin their life together as man and wife.

“Chrissy is my partner,” Ballard said in a People Magazine interview. “She fills in all the gaps in my personality, and loves me in a way that makes my spirit dance. I now have the strength of 10 men, but at the same time, I’m humbled by such a pure gift from God.”

Wanting to keep the special occasion close to Murphy’s home, they invited family and close friends to the early evening ceremony to witness the two lovebirds say ‘I do.’ Although Murphy’s father recently passed before the wedding, the couple and all of their guests honored her old man throughout every moment of the event. She also kept a specific piece of her dad with her as she glowed down the aisle to marry the man of her dreams.

“It was very difficult for Chrissy to walk down that aisle without him,” explained Ballard. “She held tight to a handkerchief sewn from his favorite shirt.”

As for Ballard, he admitted that he will never forget the “10 second smoocher right after ‘I do,’” just as every happy man would ever reveal after tying the knot.

Ballard is currently promoting his single, “You’ll Accomp’ny Me,” which hit country radio recently and is making its way onto the charts.
