Free stuff is the best stuff, right? Well, Garth Brooks thought so too when he announced the fee for his new album. The record-breaking singer, who recently celebrated seven diamond albums, is giving away his upcoming live record for free…for a certain number of downloads, that is.

Here’s the deal: On Monday, August 27 (that’s tonight!), Brooks’ Triple Live will be available for download. The singer will reveal a special code during his weekly Inside Studio G livestream. After receiving the code, fans can download the album via Ticketmaster with a limited number of downloads available. And, the offer is available through desktops or laptops only (no phones, y’all!).

The unprecedented announcement was made during a press conference held by Brooks with Notre Dame, during which he revealed the date for his historic show at the acclaimed university. Scheduled for October 20, the singer will headline the first-ever concert to take place inside Notre Dame Stadium.

“Right from the outset, I just felt that Garth represents Notre Dame’s values,” said John Affleck-Graves, Notre Dame’s executive vice president, upon the concert announcement. “And he is the perfect choice as the first artist to perform in concert in the stadium that Rockne built. This promises to be one of the biggest events in Notre Dame’s history.”

Triple Live is a follow-up to Brooks’ Double Live album, recorded during his 1996-98 world tour. The new project was recorded during his most recent world tour, which began in September 2014 and ran through December 2017. Little about the track list is known, yet, but Brooks did reveal that a live version of Ashley McBryde’s “Girl Goin’ Nowhere” made the cut.

Additionally, Triple Live will allow fans an immersive experience with the Fan Mix, which gives listeners a chance to adjust their speakers or headphones to listen as if they are in the middle of the crowd or on stage.

Tune in to Brooks’ Facebook page tonight at 7 p.m. EST for your chance to download Triple Live.
