‘Everybody, rock your body right,’ Backstreet Boys and Florida Georgia Line are back, alright!

CMT is gearing up to air one of its most buzzed about Crossroads episodes when the pairing of FGL and BSB comes to fruition. The groups have become close over the years after collaborating on Florida Georgia Line’s No.1 smash, “God, Your Mama and Me” and have spent much of the year together for select dates of the duo’s Smooth Tour. Creating a meaningful partnership with the iconic boy band has been special for both FGL’s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley.

“It’s crazy to think how we grew up listening to this song and now are on stage performing it together,” said Hubbard (quote via Entertainment Weekly). “It still gets me every time!”

“It’s been really cool to collaborate with BSB in so many different ways this year,” added Kelley. “And to be able to take our friendship – and smooth new dance moves – up a notch with this full-blown concert together is going to be epic!”

Previous Crossroads episodes have paired up acts like Carrie Underwood and Steven Tyler, Alicia Keys and Maren Morris, Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan, John Legend and Lee Ann Womack, and Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett.

The CMT Crossroads special featuring Florida Georgia Line and Backstreet Boys will air on Wednesday, August 30, at 10 p.m. ET on CMT.
