The Grand Ole Opry will honor the dedication of the men and women who serve for this country with a special show later this month.

The Opry announced that it will be saluting the USO for their 75th anniversary of service to the military. The USO has been assisting soldiers and their families throughout the years and the iconic music venue wants to celebrate the organization and the service members it’s helped.

“All of us at the Opry are ever-thankful for the men and women we will be recognizing on May 24,” said Opry Vice President and General Manager Pete Fisher. “It’s the perfect night to show in word and song our appreciation to those who have served our country, and in particular those who have returned to strengthen America’s military as USO volunteers.”

During the night of May 24, country artists like Trace Adkins, Charlie Daniels Band, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Lee Greenwood, the Oak Ridge Boys and more are set to perform on the Opry stage. The true special guests performing to the crowd that night will include the MusiCorps Wounded Warrior Band, in which it will be their third appearance at the legendary venue.

Before the show begins, there will also be a red carpet event for the U.S. military veterans in attendance. A parade is set to welcome those who served in wars from World War II to the War on Terror and make them feel at home.

The red carpet arrivals are open to the public for the grand event beginning at 5:45 p.m., with the Opry show starting at 7 p.m. for those in attendance.
