Having twins may sound like double the love, but it also means double the work for moms like Hillary Scott that already balance a lot on their plate.

Just two weeks after giving birth to Betsy and Emory, Scott is coping with the stress and exhaustion brought upon her by keeping a bright smile upon her face. Although she’s getting help from her husband, Chris, and spending time with her first-born, Eisele, the Lady Antebellum singer is still adjusting from her big life change.

“Am I laughing? Am I crying? Am I asleep? Am I awake? Have I eaten? Have I showered? Have I brushed my teeth or shaved my legs? Are those still Christmas pillows? I don’t think I know the answers to any of these questions, but y’all my heart is FULL and this is me, #twoweekspostpartum captured in a photo today. ❤️‍♀,” she hilariously wrote in an Instagram post.

Naturally, Scott has gotten a hold on the mother-of-three gig as she surprised Eisele one day while she was out playing sports to go cheer her daughter on from the sidelines. Even little moments like that are what breathes love and happiness back into her hectic lifestyle.

“Surprised Eisele at soccer practice with Chris today for my first outing since the babies were born. Ahhh, I feel human, and REALLY have missed one on one time with her!!! ❤️,” Scott said.

Scott can continue to realign her family time for the next couple months before the summer hits and Lady A goes on the road. They’ll team up with Darius Rucker for their tour, as well as bring along country star on the rise Russell Dickerson to open up each night.

More details about the Summer Plays On Tour can be found on the Lady Antebellum website now.
