With 10 years of amazing music and worthwhile fundraising, Jake Owen is heading back to his hometown of Vero Beach, Florida, to host the 10th Annual Jake Owen Foundation benefit concert this December.

The country singer has been putting on the charitable event for a decade now, raising funds to benefit youth organizations in his home area of Indian River County. Putting on a performance with his band to help out the kids in need, Owen is looking forward to this event as he does every year to give back to the community that raised him up.

“I can’t wait to share this special evening of music with friends and family in my hometown of Vero,” Owen said. “Giving back has always been important to me in everything I do. To think that we have been doing this concert for ten years and raised 1.25 million dollars to date for local charities and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital means so much to me and my Dad, Steve Owen, who is a huge part of this event. I am so honored that people come to hear us play and, in turn, we are able help a lot of people.”

All of the organizations that Owen has donated to previously have helped out children with shelter, food, illnesses, education and many other of the necessities to live a healthy life. He hopes that this year brings in as much awareness as in past years to continue his mission of providing opportunities to the youth.

Tickets for the 10th Annual Jake Owen Foundation benefit concert, which is scheduled for December 9, will go on sale on Friday, October 21, at 10 a.m. EST.
