It has been just days since the world learned that “Circles” singer Jana Kramer and her husband, Michael Caussin, had reportedly split. A source shared the news with Entertainment Tonight, revealing that not only had the couple separated, but Caussin was currently seeking treatment for “undisclosed reasons.”

On the same day that the news dropped, Jana was on the set of Chelsea, the Netflix original talk show hosted by comedienne Chelsea Handler. Alongside Handler and model Ashley Graham, Kramer revealed that now into her 30s, she’s not taking nonsense from anyone.

“…it wasn’t until I was 30 that I was like ‘I don’t need any more bullsh– in my life,’” she explained. “You know, it’s never going to be like perfect, but at the same time, I was in bad situations in my 20s. Now I’m in my 30s, I’m like ‘I’m stronger, I respect myself more. I’m going to put myself in better situations than I did before.’ I feel settled.”

Kramer hasn’t spoken out publicly about her breakup but the source reveals that she “trying to put on a brave face and do what’s best for her daughter.” The singer and former NFL tight end tied the knot in Charlottsville, VA on May 22, 2015. They welcomed their daughter, Jolie Rae, on January 31, 2016.

Kramer’s full appearance on Chelsea is currently available for streaming and can be found at netflix.com/Chelsea.
