A truck carrying equipment belonging to country superstar Jason Aldean flipped at around 1am local time on the Trans Canada Highway, west of Kamloops, British Columbia.

“The driver suffered minor injuries when the truck went off the right-hand side of the road, striking a rock, causing the truck to flip,” Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Cheryl Bush told local news outlet CFJC TV. “The truck contained music equipment belonging to Jason Aldean’s band, which had just performed in Kamloops and was on the road to its next tour stop in Prince George.”

Aldean had just played a show at the Sandman Centre in Kamloops on Monday night (10/6). Bush said the cause of the crash is still unknown and it is too early to say whether or not the driver fell asleep.

The Georgia native’s Burnin’ It Down Tour was headed to the Prince George CN Centre in Prince George, British Columbia tonight. CFJC reports that the show has been postponed until tomorrow (10/7).

In a statement on Aldean’s website, tickets will be honored for tomorrow’s show. Anyone unable to attend the show, will be issued a full refund.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Jason Aldean Burn It Down Tour show scheduled for tonight (10/6) has been moved to tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7th. Previously purchased tickets will be honored at the venue on the new date.
Ticket holders unable to attend the new date are eligible for refunds at their point of purchase.
