Jason Aldean Reveals Baby Boy’s Unique Name
Jason Aldean revealed his unborn son's name in an Instagram post shared with fans on Saturday (Sept. 2).
As Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany await the arrival of their little boy, the couple is hard at work putting the finishing touches on his nursery. The superstar gave fans a sneak peek at his adorable room while also revealing his name on Saturday (Sept. 2).
“We finally got our lil man’s room ready for him,” the “They Don’t Know” singer wrote. “Can’t wait to meet you and bring you home to ur new room, Memphis.”
The name Memphis is shown hanging in lights behind the baby’s crib, which is adorned with a pair of Nike shoes and a Georgia Bulldogs jersey, in honor of Aldean’s favorite team.
Brittany also took to Instagram to post a message on Saturday, sharing a photo of the couple inside the nursery.
“Today’s our Nashville baby shower… a day I’ve looked forward to for as long as I can remember,” she captioned the snap. “We can’t wait to hold you, Memphis!!!”
Earlier this summer, the two-time ACM Entertainer of the Year shared that he and Brittany were on the hunt for a unique name.
“Nothing crazy like a direction — East, West, North, South — none of that stuff,” he joked to Entertainment Tonight. “It will be something really cool. Both of us have names that are pretty common, Jason and Brittany, so, something that’s unique is our main goal.”
Baby Memphis joins Aldean’s daughter’s Keeley and Kendyl, both from a previous marriage.
