As a dedicated supporter of breast cancer research, Jason Aldean continues to use his platform for good by raising money to benefit Susan G. Komen® chapters across the country.

Aldean hosted his 12th annual Concert For The Cure on Friday (October 20) at his They Don’t Know Tour stop in Louisville, KY. Special guests Chris Young, Kane Brown and Dee Jay Silver were on hand to help celebrate the funds raised for Komen® Kentucky, which totaled more than $330,000. Representatives from the chapter were brought onstage for a special presentation of a check.

Each year, the Concert For The Cure donates a portion from all ticket sales throughout the year to a Susan G. Komen chapter. The partnership between Aldean and Susan G. Komen has raised more than $3.6 million since 2004.

“These women and their families are fighters,” said Aldean. “We’ve been having them backstage every night for the last couple years now and I’ve heard their stories first-hand. We’re going to keep fighting with them until there’s no more breast cancer.”

Aldean also honors breast cancer survivors with special experiences at shows across his tours. Survivors can submit their own story or be nominated by a loved one for a chance to attend a show VIP style to meet Aldean.
