Jason Aldean Surprises Fan with Ultimate Gift Experience
It's not every day a huge country singer shows up on your doorstep with gifts in hand.
Typically, a knock on the door does not mean someone like Jason Aldean will be there waiting to be welcomed into your home. But for fan Brittany Marcum, she got the surprise of a lifetime when the country singer showed up unannounced to her home in Lexington, KY over the weekend.
On Saturday night (Sept. 3), Aldean had a scheduled show in the Kentucky city and decided to spend the day surprising Marcum with the ultimate fan experience package. Not only did he personally deliver the gift in person, but the package included some of the best things a fan could ask for.
Aldean gave Marcum the first copy of his unreleased anticipated album, They Don’t Know, tickets to the Lexington show and a trip to Boston with accommodations for two to go watch his Six String Circus Tour at Fenway Park where she’ll be able to experience the behind-the-scenes madness of the tour. She was also given a few Resistol hats and a pair of Justin cowboy boots.
Documenting the occasion through Facebook Live, Aldean definitely surprised Marcum in a huge way as she kept freaking out over every single piece of the present he gave her. Throughout the entire video, Marcum also could not believe that the “A Little More Summertime” singer was standing her apartment and talking to her.
Over the next few weeks in September, Aldean will continue to surprise fans all across the country with similar gift packages. He and his team will also use the technology of Facebook Live to broadcast these visits on his timeline to get fans excited for the release of his new album.
They Don’t Know is set to release to digital music retailers and stores on September 9.
