Jason Aldean has always been a huge supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, but he’s stepping up his support for the organization even more this year.

During his 2016 We Were Here Tour, the singer will offer fans a chance to honor breast cancer survivors. Fans can nominate survivors through essay submissions for a chance to have the singer surprise the nominee with concert tickets and VIP backstage access to the concert of their choice.

“Every year, every meet-and-greet, every show, I hear somebody come up with a story about how they’ve been affected by it,” Aldean explains in a promo video. “I think the biggest thing is to try to bring awareness to this disease and just try to do our part and see if we can beat it.”

Last year at his 10th Annual Concert for the Cure, the Georgia native presented Susan G. Komen with a check for over $615,000.

To enter the VIP Experience & Meet-And-Greet Contest, fans can share their stories at komen.org/Jason-Aldean.

The We Were Here Tour resumes on Feb. 18 in Roanoke, VA with Aldean, Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses.
