Ain’t no party like a Jon Pardi party, especially when he surprises his two opening acts for his headlining tour in a spontaneous FaceTime chat live through his Facebook feed.

The country singer decided to embrace the positives of technology by confirming who’s going on the road with him for his Lucky Tonight Tour sponsored by CMT during a midday Facebook live session. Rather than let the press do the talking, Pardi called up his future tour pals while out on his Tennessee farm to chat about the logistics of it all.

First up was Runaway June and as Pardi let them know they’d be doing a little bit of traveling together, the trio claimed they’d be celebrating all fall long. Making sure they could coordinate tour looks with Pardi to avoid clashing as well as creating a no crying rule, the girls seemed happy as ever to hold a spot on Pardi’s upcoming adventures.

Special guests Midland also got surprised with the improvised announcement while chilling together in a bed during some time off in Vancouver, Canada. The traditional country trio joked their way through the news, letting Pardi know they were 100 percent ready to join him during the autumn months.

While Pardi only let fans in on his opening acts in the video, CMT on Tour will put out the exact dates of the shows sometime in the near future.

In the meantime though, Pardi will be traveling with Luke Bryan and his crew throughout the summer. More details about the shows are available on Pardi’s website.
