It’s going to be quite a ‘Pardi’ at the 12th Annual ACM Honors after the Academy of Country Music announced that Jon Pardi and Lauren Alaina would be the co-hosts for the evening ceremony.

Taking on the big responsibility of making the show go on throughout the night, the two will combine their humorous personalities and their adoration toward the genre to ignite the crowd during the prestigious presentation. Although this marks the first time that both Pardi and Alaina have hosted something on this scale, the two will do just the job to put everyone in a good mood throughout the event.

Honorees to be mentioned during the ACM Honors include some special guests introduced that night as well as ACM Award winners rewarded off-camera. This year’s list includes Dierks Bentley for the ACM Merle Haggard Spirit Award, Alan Jackson for the ACM Cliffie Stone Icon Award, Darius Rucker for the Gary Haber Lifting Lives Award, Rhett Akins for the ACM Songwriter of the Year Award among many others in attendance.

Pardi and Alaina are accustomed to the ACM tradition, as Alaina just earned the title as the ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year in 2018 and Pardi taking home the ACM New Male Vocalist of the Year trophy back in 2017.

The 12th Annual ACM Honors will be held at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Wednesday, August 22, with tickets available to the public starting on Friday, June 15, at 10 a.m. CST via Ticketmaster.
