Justin Timberlake Donates Guitar Played at CMA Awards to Nashville USO

If you didn’t become a fan of Justin Timberlake after his stellar performance on the 49th Annual CMA Awards with Chris Stapleton, you might become one now.

The superstar is donating the guitar he played during the show to USO chapters in Nashville and Fort Campbell.

“The generous donation by Justin Timberlake is so meaningful for us,” Kari Moore, USO director for Nashville and Fort Campbell, said in a release. “He has worked with the USO in the past, including a lunch he hosted for troops at the USO Fort Campbell in 2014.” According to the release, Timberlake wanted to donate a “meaningful” item for the auction.

The guitar will be available during a silent auction for the USO at this weekend’s “Big Band Bash.” The event will include activities from the World War II ear. Money raised at the fundraiser will fill stockings and snack bags for kids at Fort Campbell that attend the USO Holiday Open House.

The “Big Band Bash” is this Saturday, November 7 at the Lane Motor Museum. Tickets are available HERE.
