Following his much-buzzed about performance with three-time CMA Awards winner Chris Stapleton, Justin Timberlake is officially releasing a single to Country radio.

On November 23, the former *NSYNC frontman will release the song “Drink You Away” to Country programmers. The song, which Timberlake performed alongside Stapleton last week at the CMA Awards,  is from the Tennessee native’s 2013 album, The 20/20 Experience.

While the move may come as a surprise to many, it’s something Timberlake’s fans have been anticipating for quite some time. In 2013, prior to his concert at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Timberlake told The Tennessean that he was definitely interested in making the move to Music City.

“I think there could be a place for me here in the future for sure,” he shared. “Absolutely I will work in Nashville. That’s probably the next move for me. The next move for me is to sink some teeth in here.”
