Shorr brought the bright lights of New York City to her performance, from singing alongside RaeLynn to hanging out with her mom after the show.
New York, New York…it’s a heck of a town! Kalie Shorr celebrated the big time in the Big Apple by playing a show on the CMT Next Women of Country Tour as the opening act for Sara Evans. Using as much of her free time before the evening performance to soak in and savor the idea of performing in a city so iconic, the singer showed how she prepped for the night of her life.
From becoming her own glam squad and doing her pretty in pink makeup to anxiously awaiting to meet her fans before the concert, Shorr documented every moment leading up to her shining spot on stage. Even then, she got someone to record a couple bits of her set to share with fans all across social media for the Sounds Like Nashville page.
The best part of the night besides earning new fans and entertaining the ones who have been there from the start? Mama Shorr showed up to support her little girl from side stage, proudly cheering on her daughter for following her dreams.
