Coming in hot after opening up for Florida Georgia Line and embarking on his own headlining tour last year, Kane Brown is continuing his touring success streak by hopping on the bill with Jason Aldean and Chris Young this spring.

The country newcomer blew up over the last year with the release of his self-titled debut album and his massive reach through his social media channels. His quick journey to the top caught the eye of Aldean, who wanted Brown to join the boys on the road for a whole new learning experience that even Brown knows will take him to the next level. Thanks to advice from Tyler Farr, who previously toured with Aldean, Brown’s got nothing to worry about anytime soon.

“Tyler Farr has been the most that I’ve talked to about it. He’s just super excited. He says it’s just a rocking tour and you’re gonna have fun. I ran into a DJ that other day that’s big friends with Dee Jay Silver that’s always out with Jason, and he was like, ‘Have fun.’ He’s like, ‘It’s gonna kill you,’ just because they party all the time. So I don’t know if I’m up for it yet,” Brown told Sounds Like Nashville and other media outlets during a recent interview.

Honored to not only be traveling alongside Aldean and his crew, Brown finds it rather thrilling to also take the stage before Young, who happens to be one of his role models in country music. He plans to channel his excitement into each set he performs on the road to get fans pumped for what’s to come at every show.

“I’m just super excited to be out there,” he said. “We had fun on the FGL tour, but we were still—we’re still a baby act, but we were still a baby act then and we were still learning—so I feel like we’ve learned a lot now since we’re going out on this tour. So we’re gonna rock it and I’m getting to open for Chris Young, too, so I’m super excited.”

The They Don’t Know Tour kicks off on April 27 in Toledo, Ohio, and will run throughout the summer. Fans can find more tour dates and information on Brown’s website.
