This year has brought a lot of success to country newcomer Kane Brown. He’s watched his single, “Used to Love You Sober,” go gold and has been on the road with Florida Georgia Line throughout the summer. But all of the good times aren’t getting to Brown’s head. In fact, he said he’s keeping as normal as he’s always been, even if his name continues to go up in lights.

“It is a dream come true and honestly, I’m still the same person, I haven’t changed at all. I get to help out my family more when I can help, I don’t have to hope that I have $1.67 in my account to get a chicken sandwich like I used to. It’s still the same life you just know you got more things going for you, I guess, if that makes sense,” Brown said.

To follow on with staying humble while launching his career into the next step, Brown released a new single, “Thunder in the Rain,” and announced a 30-city headlining tour for later this fall. Along the way, he’ll be playing shows in cities such as New Orleans, Orlando and Dallas among many others. More information about the Ain’t No Stopping Us Now Tour is available on Brown’s website.

In the meantime, fans can check out Brown on the road with Florida Georgia for their Dig Your Roots Tour this summer. Brown will remain on that tour until his last date with the duo on October 22 in Atlanta. “Thunder in the Rain” is from Brown’s forthcoming album, set for release later this year.
