Keeping the entire performance very simplistic without anyone else on stage, all attention gave eyes to Urban as he gave everything up to the army of women he knows and loves.

If anyone could send an empowering message standing up for the women all around the world, it’s Keith Urban with the help of his electric guitar and compassionate point-of-view.

As Urban sang the defining words of the chorus, each title popped up on the screen behind him emboldened by the power of his smooth voice. Keeping the entire performance very simplistic without anyone else on stage, all attention gave eyes to Urban as he gave everything up to the army of women he knows and loves.

Debuting the single to stream earlier Wednesday morning prior to the awards show, Urban received quite the amount of respected responses from colleagues and artists alike for his important message.

The “Blue Ain’t Your Color” singer won his first-ever Single of the Year Award for his bluesy single, and found himself nominated for a total of four accolades during the awards show. He also opened up the show with Darius Rucker, Lady Antebellum and a number of other familiar faces for a performance to remember.

The 51st Annual CMA Awards are hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood for the 10th year in a row. See all of the awards and accolades handed out at tonight’s show by checking out posts HERE.
