Show off those well-toned bods, ladies! Proving that strength is beautiful, Kelsea Ballerini, Carly Pearce and Maren Morris joined forces in support and solidarity with one another for a hardcore training session with celebrity fitness coach Erin Oprea.

The ladies linked up for an intense workout to keep them fit to rock onstage.

“Turns out @erinoprea knows to make us all sweat out our transgressions,” wrote Morris with a photo of the women fresh off their exercise routine, with Pearce adding, “Lots of country booty kickin’ today with @erinoprea.”

The raw, dressed down look is one the singers all seem to be embracing as they share more bare and beautiful empowerment posts with fans. Among those was a post from Ballerini who showed a speedy video of her makeup removal routine, following by a fresh-faced selfie.

“YALLLLL. I’m a girly girl and I love getting dressed up and playing in makeup and feeling like Beyoncé. BUT. I also love not depending on those things for my self worth,” she wrote. “I realize a lot of the time our Social Media accounts are our highlight reels, but I really want to give you a genuine look at my real life on here. And while part of it is glittery and airbrushed, The other part is this! Here’s the post-show back to reality no filter acne on my forehead look. Unapologetically. LOVE YALL.”

The sisterhood between female country artists has grown ten-fold over the years as they battle for equal radio play with their male counterparts. Supporting one another has built a strong foundation of friendship for the singers, who have become each other’s biggest cheerleaders.

Pearce experienced this first-hand after winning Breakthrough Video of the Year at the 2018 CMT Music Awards. After receiving her accolade, the “Hide the Wine” singer had dozens of messages from her closest country girlfriends.

“If you would’ve seen my phone, immediately it was Kelsea, and RaeLynn, and Cassadee Pope, and Maren [Morris], and all the girls were genuinely happy, and I think that we all want to see each other succeed because when one of us succeeds, it’s all of us succeeding,” she shared.
