As a country artist who spends a lot of his time on tour or away from home for music obligations, Kenny Chesney finds comfort within his team that travels everywhere with him.

Whether he’s on his way to a recording session or booking his way across the country playing shows, Chesney always looks to his managers and roadies for anything. The “Noise” singer has learned to rely on these people as not just those who work with him professionally, but as friends and family he can find support in as well.

“My band and crew, and everyone out there…they have seen me over the years at my best, at my worst, they have really seen me become the person and the artist that I am today, and see me grow into this. I’m really glad that I got to share all that with them, and here we are. We have lived his life together, we’ve been on this journey together, and we’ve experienced so many wonderful things,” Chesney explained recently.

Sometimes, these people he calls his road family happen to be his tour mates at the time, too. Chesney is all about hanging with the artists who open up for him while he’s performing all across the United States.

At the moment, Chesney is getting to spend a lot of time with his road family as he is currently in the midst of his Spread the Love Tour featuring fellow country artists Sam Hunt, Miranda Lambert and Old Dominion. The tour has only a few dates left in both East Rutherford, New Jersey and Foxboro, Massachusetts.

Be sure to keep your eyes out for the release of Chesney’s upcoming album, Cosmic Hallelujah, on October 28 and check out his current single with P!NK, “Setting the World on Fire,” on country radio now.
