It’s a girl!
After welcoming two happy and healthy boys, Lee Brice and his wife will add a baby girl to their family this summer. The singer/songwriter shared the news with fans by posting an adorable video of the family’s gender reveal celebration to Facebook this evening. The couple awarded their boys with cupcakes and encouraged them to take a big bite out of the middle to reveal the color of the frosting within.
“Pink,” exclaimed the couple’s eldest son Takoda, as Sara screamed excitedly in the background. Lee was clearly moved by the fact that he’d soon be the father to a little girl as he seemed to get emotional and lowered his face under his hat after seeing the news. The minute-long clip features Lee’s smash hit “I Don’t Dance,” a song he wrote for his wife for their wedding, playing in the background.
Brice & Co. shared that they were expecting the new addition with a statement to PEOPLE earlier this month.
“Our whole family is thrilled to welcome our third child,” Brice told the publication. “Takoda and Ryker are so excited and Sara is more beautiful than ever. We can’t wait for our new little one to get here this summer.”
Baby girl Brice is expected to make her appearance this summer and will have big brothers Ryker Mobley, 3, and Takoda, 8, to look after her.
