Congratulations to Little Big Town!

The quartet was just awarded with Group/Duo Video of the Year for “Girl Crush” at the 2016 CMT Music Awards.

“This is a real surprise,” Kimberly Schlapman began as they took the stage.

“This is our first buckle,” Phillip Sweet chimed in.

After thanking directors Karla and Matthew Welch for “putting an amazing video together,” the band acknowledged the network.

“We love this show so much. You guys are so much fun and there is a dog dressed in a suit that has 1.5 million followers that just took a picture with Luke Bryan and Keith Urban…and we dont even have that many followers, so that’s what makes this show special,” Karen Fairchild said with a smile.

Before leaving the stage, LBT also took time to thank the fans. “All y’all,” Jimi Westbrook said as he pointed to the crowd.

Other nominees in the category included Brothers Osborne’s “Stay A Little Longer,” Dan + Shay’s “Nothin’ Like You,” Florida Georgia Line’s “Sippin’ On Fire,” Old Dominion’s “Break Up With Him” and Zac Brown Band’s “Loving You Easy.”
