Country legend Loretta Lynn has suffered a stroke. The singer, who recently celebrated her 85th birthday, is currently under medical care and is expected to make a full recovery according to a post on her website on Friday evening (May 5).

“American country music legend Loretta Lynn was admitted into a hospital in Nashville last night after she suffered a stroke at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee,” her website states. “She is currently under medical care and is responsive and expected to make a full recovery.”
