The bond between Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley is undeniable, and the guys are ready to show off their hosting skills for the second year in a row at this weekend’s ACM Awards.

Bryan and Bentley sat down to chat with the hosts of CBS This Morning on Wednesday (March 29) to brag on all of their country music friends they’ll be rooting for as well as their own successes over the past year. Claiming that their effortless chemistry comes from years of working together on the same label, they both feel honored to be given the opportunity to take on the duties yet again.

The ACM hosts also lent a supportive shout-out to all of the hard work that the newest faces in the format have dedicated themselves to in order to make a name for themselves. Pointing out voices like Maren Morris and Cole Swindell, Bentley and Bryan admired their work ethics for getting them to the frontline of the genre throughout the last year.

“With me, I always like to look at the list of the new young country artists that are getting their first chance,” said Bryan. “It’s always fun seeing how they handle their first big—‘cause when you’re a country artist and you get these big time television award moments, I mean it’s a big thing for your career.”

Both Bryan and Bentley then reminisced on their first times with the ACM clips playing in the background as they laughed at their pressure-filled reactions and dramatic acceptances.

It wasn’t all just business that the artists talked about with the hosts of the morning talk show though, as Bryan got called out for his new decorating obsession on one very popular app.

“I’ve inadvertently gotten hooked on Pinterest,” admitted Bryan. “I’m wanting this fishing cabin. It’s such a trap ‘cause you start looking at a cabin to build a little fishing place and then you start seeing frames with fish and then you see the Billy Big Mouth Bass, and then it takes you down this road.”

The 52nd Annual ACM Awards will air live on Sunday, April 2, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
