Love was in the air during Luke Bryan’s Saturday night (Feb. 25) concert at Jacksonville’s Veterans Memorial Arena. According to ABC affiliate First Coast News, Bryan caught a glimpse of a sign that read “Will you marry me?” in the crowd upon finishing his smash hit “Crash My Party”.

After declining the question he believed was for him, the Georgia native quickly realized that the man was actually proposing to his girlfriend beside him. “I want to marry her,” the man said in a video shared on Facebook by local radio station 99.9 Gator Country. After a brief encouragement from the country star, the man dropped down to one knee and produced a ring. Thankfully, his shocked and overwhelmed girlfriend accepted in front of the crowd of 12,000 witnesses.

The news stationed reported that after the surprise proposal, Bryan serenaded the couple with a quick rendition of “That’s Amore.” No word yet on when the couple will head down the aisle, but we’re thinking they may use a Luke Bryan song as their first dance.

The stop in Jacksonville, FL was one of the few final dates of Bryan’s Kill The Lights Tour, which wraps on March 17 in Orange Beach, AL. Bryan will have a little bit of time off before returning to the stage to co-host the 52nd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards with Dierks Bentley. He’ll then kick off his massive 2017 Huntin’, Fishin’, & Lovin’ Every Day Tour on May 5 in Nashville, TN.
