Luke Bryan (Inadvertently) Crashes a Wedding in Mexico
As Jake and Alisha prepared to say "I do" on the beach in Mexico, guests could clearly hear Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa sound check happening in the background.
When Jake and Alisha planned their wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico, they probably didn’t expect that a superstar like Luke Bryan would crash it, but that’s (kind of) what happened.
The couple was exchanging vows on the beach in front of friends and family when Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa sound check began. In a video posted on Twitter by wedding guest Jordan Heimbuch, Bryan’s “Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye” is heard clearly in the background as the couple prepares to say “I do.”
“@LukeBryanOnline soundcheck today at #CrashMyPlaya turned into #CrashMyWedding 😀 ” Heimbuch tweeted with the video, later adding, “Since U crashed their wedding can we crash your playa? Please give a shoutout2 jake +Alisha during your performance #bigfan.”
While the pair didn’t get a shout-out from Bryan, it definitely made their wedding ceremony even more memorable.
