Word of advice: don’t give Luke Bryan the security code for your phone because he’s not afraid to go through every single app set up on the device.

During one of his recent shows, Bryan politely asked to borrow a fan’s phone in order to search some of the lyrics to one of his songs online after he forgot what to sing. Rather than go immediately to Google, the country singer scrolled through the messages and exposed some of the personal texts sent in the thread.

Noting that the person on the other line seemed to be quite text-happy with emojis and multiple texts in a row, Bryan jokingly replied to the anonymous sender that they needed to “chill your broke ass out.” Delivered without the slightest hint that Bryan was in control, he reassured the crowd member all went well despite his hilarious snarky remark.

Bryan got back to his original plan, but had to throw in the possibility of scrolling through the photo albums as well before denying himself the fun.

Always a mastermind at fans’ interactions, Bryan loves to mess around with his supporters during shows. He’s even know to pass out a few beers to the crowd before shot-gunning one himself during his energetic sets.

Currently, Bryan is out on the road for the Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day Tour throughout the summer and fans can find more details online.
