Maren Morris will get an R&B/pop overhaul when she does CMT Crossroads with Grammy-winning artist Alicia Keys. The special is one of CMT’s longest standing shows and pairs country music acts with musicians from other genres for special one-of-a-kind duets and covers.

Keys is a 15-time Grammy winner, best known for songs including “Girl On Fire,” “No One” and “If I Ain’t Got You.” She is also slated to act as a coach on the upcoming season 11 of The Voice, where she’ll spend time with country music superstar Blake Shelton.

Morris is one of country music’s hottest new stars. She recently released her debut album HERO, which features her smash-hit “My Church” and current single “80s Mercedes.” The singer/songwriter is currently out on the road as part of Keith Urban’s Ripcord World Tour.

CMT Crossroads: Alicia Keys and Maren Morris will tape in Nashville and air live on Dec. 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Past pairings include Luke Bryan with Jason Derulo, Thomas Rhett with Nick Jonas, Jennifer Nettles with Cheap Trick and Charles Kelley with Rob Thomas, among others.
