Maren Morris Stars as Leading Lady in Ryan Hurd’s ‘Diamonds or Twine’ Video

After dedicating the song, “Diamonds or Twine,” to Maren Morris as the love of his life, Ryan Hurd took the track one step further by selecting his wife as the star of the music video.
Highlighting many memories made along the way during their relationship, the video goes behind-the-scenes of tours and intimate moments alike where the camera catches cuddles from Morris and Hurd backstage. The two share boat rides and bus trips together, all while keeping the flame alive by always holding each other close.
It should come as no surprise that Hurd documented his romance with Morris for the “Diamonds or Twine” video since he specifically showed the “Rich” singer about the song right after he popped the question in July of 2017.
“I wrote this song for you, played it for you in Michigan the night I asked you to marry me. Diamonds or Twine, no matter what, I’ll be wrapped around your finger. I love you, MM. Here’s to forever,” Hurd said about the song on social media after releasing it to fans.
The couple just recently made their love into a forever thing by exchanging vows during quite a small ceremony held on the outskirts of Nashville on March 24. They escaped their busy schedules for the paradise of Bora Bora on their honeymoon, sharing Instagram stories and photos throughout their entire trip.
