It wouldn’t truly be a Nashville goodbye without playing the famous Opry stage one last time as the cast will do in a hometown concert before heading across the pond.

After years of support and love from the city they recreated through their television drama, the cast of Nashville on CMT thought of no better way to demonstrate their appreciation than with their own version of goodbye—a live show. Taking the stage to perform classics from the series’ catalogue will bring fans back to the poignant moments that the show created throughout the dramatic seasons.

Honoring not only the music made throughout the years, but also the city the show called home for all this time, the cast readies themselves for playing the ‘hometown’ and the Opry plans to welcome the players in for their last hurrah.

“The cast of NASHVILLE are incredibly excited to play what is surprisingly their first true ‘hometown’ concert,” said Steve Buchanan, who is the president of Opry Entertainment. “It will be a bittersweet farewell to a city they love as production will soon wrap for the final season currently airing on CMT.”

A few of the cast members from Nashville expected to be on the bill for the evening include Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson, Sam Palladio, Lennon Stella, Maisy Stella, Rainee Blake, Kaitlin Doubleday, Jake Etheridge, Chris Carmack, Clare Bowen and Nic Luken.

Shortly after the special Opry show, some of the actors will fly over to the U.K. and Ireland to tour around cities in those areas for the final international experience. Receiving love from all over the world, the Nashville cast always made a point to head overseas to make those connections with fans everywhere in the world.
