Hitmaking band Old Dominion has announced their first-ever headlining tour, slated to kick off this fall. The 2016 Meat and Candy Tour, featuring special guest Steve Moakler, will kick off Sept. 22 in Cleveland, OH and will hit 30+ cities in Georgia, Florida, Illinois, California, and many others across the nation. The band revealed the news during a Monday morning appearance on Good Morning America.

“It’s a huge deal for us to have our own headlining tour and our name on the ticket,” said the group’s lead singer Matthew Ramsey. “Our fans have shown up in ways we never imagined and we can’t wait to see what these shows will be like.  We’ve gotten a little taste of that energy this summer, so we are very excited for this fall!”

Fifteen of the dates will be billed as Stagecoach Spotlight: Old Dominion Meat and Candy Tour, the world-famous festival’s inaugural Stagecoach Spotlight Tour.

“… when they approached us about being part of a bigger tour, it’s great to have a name like that associated with ours,” Ramsey told the LA Times. “I think it gives us a little extra cred, and that’s something you’re always looking for. You definitely want your own fans, but you also want the support of your peers and the people you work with. An organization like Stagecoach coming on board to get behind us says to us that we’re doing the right thing. When people want to be associated with us, in the end that’s going to help us gain more fans.”
