NASHVILLE, TN - MAY 12: The Peach Pickers: Dallas Davidson, Rhett Akins, and Ben Hayslip at 'Georgia on My Mind, hosted by the Peach Pickers and Friends,' a benefit for the Georgia Music Foundation at the Ryman Auditorium on May 12, 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee.

In honor of the fifth annual Georgia On My Mind show, The Peach Pickers locked down quite the lineup with artists like Chris Janson and Lauren Alaina contributing their time for charity.

Ben Hayslip, Rhett Akins and Dallas Davidson, who make up the Peach Pickers group, reached out to a number of their friends in the industry to perform at the concert that gives back to the community in Georgia. They also booked Travis Denning, Michael Ray, Pat Alger and Tony Arata for the evening, which makes them excited for what’s to come during the event.

“For Ben, Rhett and I, it’s almost like organizing a bonfire party in South Georgia every year. We call our friends, they call their friends and we all get together, play the songs we love and tell stories,” said Davidson, who is a chair for the Georgia Music Foundation. “The fact that the last four concerts have allowed us to donate nearly $300,000 to the Georgia Music Foundation and support music education programs all over our home state is icing on the cake.”

The benefit show doesn’t just bring together fans and artists for a good time, but also fundraises for the Georgia Music Foundation. Throughout the past five years, the annual concerts gave away $300,000 from proceeds made or donated to music education and outreach programs at schools and other organizations.

The Georgia on my Mind benefit show will take place at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on June 26. Tickets are available now through the Ryman website.
