Usually the guys of Rascal Flatts hit all the right notes together as a country trio, but adding Brennley Brown to the mix during a performance of their song, “Yours If You Want It,” brought their harmonies to the next level.

Making her way to the semi-finals round of season 12 of NBC’s The Voice, Brown won over the hearts of viewers with her powerful vocal riffs and cute charm. Although the Team Gwen member got eliminated before making the finals, she still earned her way to a special spot as Rascal Flatts’ duet partner during their finale episode performance.

Chiming in back and forth with lead singer Gary LeVox, the two molded their voices together for a lighthearted rendition of the upbeat hit. Taking on her own verses and upper harmonies in the chorus, the combination exploded with talent as the crowd danced along to the country beat.

In the end, Brown passionately gave the moment her all and it showed based on the audience’s reaction as they roared in excitement over the dynamic duet.

The winner of The Voice’s season 12 was crowned on Tuesday night’s (5/23) show with Chris Blue from Team Alicia Keys taking home the title. Performing with his mentor as well as shutting it down on two show-stopping performances of R&B hits, Blue kept his eyes on the prize and ultimately found his way to the top.

While the next season of The Voice has not set a premiere date yet, coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine will return to the red chairs alongside Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson.
