Reba’s Former Home May Soon Be Turned Into Bed and Breakfast
The Southern-based mansion sits on 83 acres of grassy area and includes 13,000 square foot of living space.
Starstruck Farms, the former property of Reba McEntire, may soon be converted into grounds for a bed and breakfast facility in Tennessee, according to reports from The Tennessean.
The Southern-based mansion, which sold back in 2016, sits on 83 acres of grassy area and features 13,000 square foot of living space for renovators to transform into an inn-style property for guests to stay quaintly in the Tennessee countryside. Set up with a guest house and six-stall stable on the grounds as well, the builders plan to convert each of the rooms in the massive house to accommodate a variety of visitors, with simple indulgences to match.
Reba’s estate sold in July of 2016 for a whopping $5 million to Paul H. Burch, who turned around and sold the property again in August. A zoning request by the anonymous owner was filed for 13 acres of the area to be used as the bed and breakfast idea.
Not only will a bed and breakfast be in the works for the country star’s former home, but planners also expect to build 15 homes on the massive amount of acreage. At this time, there are no further details of how big each house would be and the amount of land they each would receive.
The Starstruck Farms property was owned by Reba during her marriage to Narvel Blackstock. The couple announced their divorce in late 2015, just months before their home was put on the market.
