Yesterday after President Obama’s speech regarding the tragedy in Orlando, Ronnie Dunn took to his Facebook page to weighed in on the issue.

President Obama addressed the nation on television about the horrific events that occurred at the Pulse Nightclub and mentioned how easy it is for someone to obtain a weapon like the one used in the massacre.

“We have to decide if that’s the kind of country we want to be – and to actively do nothing is a decision as well,” the President said.

Dunn took to his Facebook account to comment on President Obama’s address.

“The worst mass murder in American history attributed to Isis and Obama steps up to the microphone and implies that it will stop if guns are taken away. So, a law is passed and we are ordered to turn our guns in (billions of them)…. I bet criminals and “terrorists” / Jihadists will rush to turn their guns in……now, that’s leadership. UNBELIEVABLE. RD”

The post itself has gained a lot of attention, reaching at least a million people and generating over 8,000 comments. He continued to post a picture related to his comment about guns, which resulted in over 467,000 shares on Facebook.

The Orlando massacre is considered the worst mass shooting in modern US history.
