Sam Hunt Leads Country Nominations for 2016 Billboard Music Awards

The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will be hosted by Ciara and Ludacris.

The finalists for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards were revealed this morning.

Among the nominees are Sam Hunt, Carrie Underwood and Chris Stapleton. Hunt earned four nominations, including Top Country Artist, Top Country Album and two nods in Top Country Song for “Break Up In A Small Town” and “Take Your Time. Underwood, Stapleton, Luke Bryan and Zac Brown Band all follow with two nominations each.

Also nominated is Joey + Rory in the Top Christian Album category for their recent release Hymns That Are Important To Us.

The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will be hosted by Ciara and Ludacris. The show will broadcast live on Sunday, May 22, 2016 LIVE on ABC from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
