Sam Hunt Shares Details About Upcoming ‘Intimate and Hometown’ Nuptials

Sam Hunt and his blushing bride may be tying the knot soon, but the celebration won’t be anything as crazy as a ‘House Party,’ that’s for sure.
For the past couple weeks, Hunt caused speculation about his relationship status as he’s been spotted sporting a wedding band on that special finger. Although he confirmed that the wedding may still be a few weeks out, he enjoys the accessory for its deep connection to his fiancée, Hannah Lee Fowler.
“I put it on to try it on, and decided it felt too good and I didn’t want to take it off,” Hunt said about his black band. “It’s only a few weeks left before we do get married.”
Rather than make the ceremony into some massive affair, the couple plans to keep things on the laidback side by inviting only the closest people in their circle to witness the grand expression of love.
“Intimate and hometown were the two adjectives that [describe the wedding best],” he said to Entertainment Tonight. “Low-key, low maintenance. We are both kind of introverted people for the most part, so we don’t like celebrating ourselves too much.”
During his performance of his current single, “Body Like a Back Road,” at the ACM Awards, Hunt surprised fans by snuggling up next to his lady and showing her off in the crowd. Although Fowler may have looked flustered by the spontaneous moment, Hunt felt proud to have his girl by his side throughout the night.
“It means a lot [that she’s here with me],” he admitted. “This change of lifestyle happened when the two of us weren’t dating and together, so I’ve been introducing her to my new life a little bit at a time over the last 6 months.”
Hunt will soon embark on his 15 in a 30 Tour throughout the summer.
