Research and scientists are finally on the side of the concertgoers as they have found that going to more shows leads to a happier life.

The study done in Australia proved that people who attend concerts on a regular basis are reported to have a higher level of a great well-being. During the research, these shows were not specific to a genre or style of concert; rather, any event incorporating a main theme of music supported the idea that attendees at these gatherings experience a greater satisfaction with life overall.

Going even further into the study, people who reportedly danced during any show or concert were seen to have an even higher level of happiness with life over those who just simply attended. The idea of mixing the social aspect with the artistic elements together during an event allowed those who attended to feel less stressed and more easygoing throughout their typical day.

With this research laid out on the table for the rest of us, we guess it gives us the excuse to go out and buy all of the concert tickets we could ever want. If it’s for the greater good of a happier life and a decrease in stress, we are all about being front row to any country concert!

Thank you, science, for giving solid evidence to the fact we knew all along: concerts are the best things ever.
