Shania Twain Makes Las Vegas Debut with ‘Shania: Still The One’ at The Colosseum at Casears Palace

After nearly an eight year absence from the stage, Shania Twain blew the roof off of The Colosseum at Casears Palace on Saturday night with the debut of her new show, “Shania: Still The One.” The 90-minute show featured many of Twain’s most popular hits, and showed that she still has what it takes to entertain a crowd.

“The show is very fun for me,” Twain told reporters prior to Saturday’s show. “I was a bit worried that we were staying in the same place. Was I going to lose that edge? But I’ve never had a show this exciting before.”

So was she nervous to take the stage again after all those years? “I’m actually pretty good,” she admitted.

Shania also took time to thank everyone for their support, especially that of her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud. “I cannot live without him,” she said. “I need that support. I just need what we have. It grounds me every day and reminds me that there are a lot of important things going on in the world. He keeps it all in perspective.”

In anticipation of the show, Shania recently shut down the Las Vegas strip and rode in on horseback, among a herd of 40 more horses.

“Shania: Still The One” will make its home at The Colosseum At Casears Palace for the next two years. Do you have plans to see it?
