Game on! Sunday Night Football is back and NBC kicked things into high gear with a brand new theme song and music video from Carrie Underwood.

To hype up the new season of the NFL, the exec and Underwood changed things up with the song “Game On,” changing pace from “Oh, Sunday Night.” The decision to switch things up came from Underwood, herself, who wrote the track with Chris DeStafano and Brett James.

“We just felt like it was time to maybe switch it up,” Underwood previously explained in a teaser clip for the song.

“Carrie brought us [the] new song, and it kind of inspired us to get out of the soundstage,” added Tripp Dixon, the director of the new music video. “Any time you work with a big star like Carrie and combine it with NFL’s best, you know it’s going to be big, and you know it’s going to be fun.”

“It’s Sunday night / America’s game on NBC / the home, the place to be / game on, game on / it’s Sunday night,” she sings in the new tune.

In addition to the Oklahoma native, NBC enlisted the help of 10 stand-out NFL players for the clip, including Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott, Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff*, Minnesota Vikings QB Kirk Cousins*, New York Giants RB Saquon Barkley*, Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz*, Philadelphia Eagles OT Lane Johnson*, Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz*, Philadelphia Eagles DT Fletcher Cox*, Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown and Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson (*denotes debut in the SNF opening).

Sunday Night Football begins with a face-off between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers.
