Thanksgiving 2015: Country Stars Talk Favorite Thanksgiving Food

Though being thankful and embracing tradition are very important parts of Thanksgiving, some people may argue that the food is the best part!

Sounds Like Nashville caught up with Chris Young, Old Dominion, and Chris Lane to talk about some of their favorite Thanksgiving dishes.

Young combines food with tradition when it comes to his favorite part. “As long as there’s turkey and stuffing, I’m pretty happy,” Young told SLN.

Old Dominion’s Brad Tursi went a little outside of the box when it came to his favorite food. “Chips and salsa’s my favorite part of my Thanksgiving dinner.”

“Fix” singer Chris Lane had several dishes he couldn’t do without. “My favorite Thanksgiving dish would be broccoli and cheese casserole,” he told SLN. “And the sweet apples my mom makes. I will destroy them.”

But the best dish of all… Trevor Rosen’s dad’s “nut roll.” Watch the video below to learn all about the famous “nut roll” and everything else the boys like to do for Thanksgiving!
