Thomas Rhett Announces First-Ever Headlining Tour
Playing for Rhett’s Home Team on the road include artists like country cutie Kelsea Ballerini, and upcoming country stars Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd.
Instead of taking some ‘Vacation’ time after his huge year in 2016, Thomas Rhett is continuing on the train of success by announcing his first-ever headlining tour.
The 2017 Home Team Tour will be the first time that Rhett gets to take center stage as he’s been the supporting act for various artists like Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton and Toby Keith. Not only is Rhett fronting the headlining role, but he’s decided to up the game even more with an artist bill that could be considered one of the best so far for 2017.

Bringing his show all across the country during the beginning of next year, Rhett can’t wait to lead the pack and make his concerts into his own.
“This is really the first time we’ve been able to totally build our own stage and really plan for our show with all our fans,” Rhett said in a press statement. “There has been this undeniable energy out on the road this year, and I know having Kelsea out there is going to amp things up even more. Having my own tour also gives me the opportunity to introduce some people I think are going to explode in the next couple of years and help give them a platform to reach the fans, like how Blake, Toby and Jason did for me. I’m a huge fan of both Ryan and Russell and I can’t wait for my fans to get to know them too.”
The 2017 Home Team Tour will kick off in Saginaw, Michigan, on February 23 and will conclude right back where the magic happens in Nashville toward the end of April. Fans interested in buying tickets and learning more information about the tour can look on Rhett’s website for more details.
