A tour isn’t over until someone busts out the pranks.

Thomas Rhett invited Kelsea Ballerini, Ryan Hurd and Russell Dickerson out on the road with him throughout the spring to represent his star-studded lineup for the Home Team Tour. Little did he know that not only were the band of artists a talented bunch, but also quite comedic in their off-stage plotting.

As Rhett took time out of his setlist to cover the funky Bruno Mars track, “24K Magic,” the hilarious trio of Ballerini, Dickerson and Hurd all suited up in their best veggie costumes for an alternative take on what kind of ‘carat’ is mentioned throughout the song. Dancing around the stage while giving their best harmonies, it goes to show that carrots are great at stepping up to the Home Team plate and also know how to get groovy with it.

Rhett rolled with the lighthearted punches by laughing throughout the entire scheme and later sporting his own carrot costume for a sweet tour mate picture shared through Instagram.

“The best tour prank ever thanks to all the 24 magic carrots for rushing the stage tonight. #hometeamtour2017 @kelseaballerini@ryanhurd @russelled @telemitry,” Rhett captioned the adorable squad goals photo.

Although the Home Team Tour is finished for now, Rhett still has a lot to look forward to soon with the release of his new duet with Maren Morris, “Craving You,” on Friday, March 31.
