Thomas Rhett made the most out of his recent visit to New York City, stopping at both The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and the TODAY Show.

Late last night, the singer performed his multi-week No.1 smash, “Die A Happy Man,” then woke up early for the TODAY Show to perform the hit again, as well as “Crash and Burn.” The singer also spoke with TODAY’s Al Roker, Natalie Morales, and Jenna Bush Hager about “Die A Happy Man,” his wife Lauren and his musical influences.

“I’m so glad that a song that was so personal about our life and our marriage,” he explained. “You know, pretty much every one of those lines is detailed to our life so I’m glad that it has the success it did.”
