Thomas Rhett and Brett Eldredge have one of the cutest bromances in country music and in 2015 they took their show on the road as a part of the Suits and Boots Tour. At a stop in New York City, they stepped it up a notch when Rhett took a moment to give Eldredge a lesson in modern dance moves.

Inspired with a few drinks to “loosen up” and a brisk stretching routine, Rhett gave instruction to Eldredge on how to “whip and nae nae.” Rhett sings along while he’s busting a move – and he looks good doing it.

Eldredge did his best to follow along, but it’s pretty clear Rhett upstaged him. Especially when he threw out the “stanky leg” and all Eldredge could do is let out an exclamation of pure joy.

“I can smell the stank all the way from over here,” he noted.

The country bromance came out full force when the two took a break from dancing to come together and talk about how great their friendship actually is.

“I gotta say, I feel like we’re best friends. I feel like if we were in a wolf pack you would be like my best friend,” Eldredge said endearingly. Rhett responded with: “I feel like you’re a lone wolf and you need a wolf pack to join.”

To celebrate their friendship the two broke out into a duet of One Direction’s “Drag Me Down,” with the chorus line singing “All my life/You stood by me/When no one else was ever behind me/All these lights/They can’t blind me/With your love, nobody can drag me down.”

Pretty soon Rhett is going to have two new people to teach his fancy dance moves to. It was announced this past Wednesday (Feb. 15) that he and his wife, Lauren, will be welcoming two babies in their home, one of which is being adopted from Africa.

You can catch Rhett on his headlining Home Team Tour which kicks off Feb. 23 in Saginaw, Michigan.
