To earn an opening slot on the Soul2Soul Tour with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill is like finding the golden ticket in country music. Caitlyn Smith and Devin Dawson both made their way to the adventure for the summer by plugging in as the support artists on the 2018 leg.

When McGraw and Hill decided to hit the road with each other yet again, they were on the hunt for the best people to start off the show before they commanded the stage. The couple chose Smith for the first round out to kick off with a bang, and extended the offer to Dawson for the second portion of the tour after loving their time with him in 2017.

“SO ready to hit the road with these legends again this summer! Thanks for having me out on the #Soul2Soul world tour 2018 @thetimmcgraw & @faithhill • all tour dates & tickets are up on my website now! DevinDawsonMusic.com/tour ,” Dawson posted on his Instagram page in preparation for the summer ahead.

Not only will McGraw and Hill head out rather soon with Smith, followed by Dawson, but they also earned one nomination at the 53rd Annual ACM Awards for Vocal Duo of the Year among stiff competition.

The first date of the Soul2Soul Tour in 2018 starts off hot on May 31 in Richmond, Virginia, and continues on until July 22 where the duo will finish things off in Sacramento, California. More information about dates and purchasing tickets is available on the Soul2Soul website.
