Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are heading to the small screen with their live show documentary, Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul. The film, shot earlier this summer, will air on Showtime and will take fans behind the scenes of the couple’s latest joint Soul2Soul Tour, as well as their long-lasting relationship.

In a first-look trailer, the couple talks about their start as one of country music’s power couples and covers a wide array of topics, including Hill’s decision to step away from the spotlight and raise their three daughters.

“We originally met in ’96. We got married right away. We wanted to tour together again. We wanted to experience what we had when we first met,” McGraw says in the clip.

The trailer also shows McGraw and Hill talking about their upcoming joint album and deciding how to combine their different artistic visions to create a cohesive piece.

The film is directed and executive produced by the Magical Elves production team of Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz, who previously worked on Justin Bieber: Never Say Never and Katy Perry: Part of Me. Showtime is well known for hosting some of the best concert films from artists like Madonna, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Lenny Kravitz, One Direction, Mumford & Sons, Billy Joel and Paul McCartney, as well as other documentary films featuring Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, Daft Punk, David Bowie, U2, The Eagles, The Beach Boys and Public Enemy.

McGraw and Hill are currently touring the nation as they continue their 80+ city Soul2Soul Tour with the next two stops in Nashville, TN on Aug. 4 & 5.

Catch Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul on Showtime on Friday, November 17 at 9PM ET/PT.
